Italy: Solsonica Signs Multi-year Module Supply Contract with
TerniEnergia
Italian
cell and module manufacturer, Solsonica S.p.A. has entered into
a 3-year sales contract with TerniEnergia, a company active in
the renewable energy industry sector, particularly in the photovoltaic
segment where it operates as a system integrator.
Under
the terms of the three-year agreement, Solsonica will supply TerniEnergia
with a maximum of 29 MW with undersigned commitment for approximately
Euro 35 Millions.
"This
supply," underlines Enzo D'Antonio, Chairman of Solsonica,
"comes as a part of others multiyear contracts already signed
by Solonica with leading Italian and foreign companies and will
also help Solsonica to properly optimize its production capacity
that, beginning next year, will be boosted by additional new state-of-the-art
cells and modules manufacturing lines."

wish - Mr. D'Antonio says - to build with TerniEnergia a good
cooperation in the near future, through the exchange of industrial
expertises aimed to improve the quality and efficiency of PV Systems."
Thanks
to this agreement, Solsonica says that the company has strengthened
its position in the promising Italian PV market, as confirmation
of its industrial capability and aptitude to answer in a proper
way to customers' needs, proving to be one of the key players
in the European market of renewable energies.
