China: Jinko Solar and UpSolar Sign Co-operation Agreement to
Market in United States
Jinko
Solar, a manufacturer and service provider of PV integrated products
has recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Upsolar.
Based
on this agreement, Upsolar will serve as a strategic partner for
module sales for Jinko Solar in North America over the next three
years, with volumes under the agreement anticipate in the 175MW
range.
Upsolar
has committed to offer the design, R&D and quality control of
PV products, as well as sales and marketing of modules internationally.

glad to achieve regional cooperation with Upsolar in North America,
which not only extends the influence of Jinko modules to the region,
but indicates Jinko's capability in providing high quality PV
products for international clients. Besides, our strategic partnership
with Upsolar is an important beacon, directing Jinko to be better
and stronger." Said Chen Kangping, CEO of Jinko Solar.
The
partnership with Upsolar reflects Jinko's attention to North America,
a promising merging market in the PV industry. Besides, this event
signifies Jinko's further diversification in global sales and
marketing channels. Jinko's route of international development
