PV Crystalox Solar Announces Preliminary 2011 Results

The Group's shipment volumes of 384MW in 2011 were slightly above the 378MW achieved in 2010. However, Group revenue was 17% lower at €210.4 million due to the effect of lower average selling prices which impacted profitability leading to earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT), before exceptional items, of €4.1 million, representing a margin of 1.9%.

Dyesol Successfully Raises A$5 Million

Australian clean-tech company, Dyesol has raised a total of AUD $5 million, through take-up by shareholders of the recent Share Purchase Plan and a supplementary placement to sophisticated investors. The transaction was partly underwritten by Octa Phillip Securities for a total of $3 million and, consequently, there was no shortfall to the underwriter.
