Spain: Solaria Signs Framework Agreement with Phoenix Solar AG
After
the announcement of the creation of a German affiliate at the
end of last year, Solaria Energia has signed a distribution agreement
with the international system integrator Phoenix Solar AG for
the supply of 10MWp of solar pv modules, over the next few months.
Phoenix
Solar AG, which has its headquarters in Sulzemoos near Munich,
Germany, is a leading internationally operating photovoltaic systems
integrator, listed in the German Stock Exchange. Phoenix Solar
plans, builds and operates large photovoltaic plants and is a
specialist wholesaler for complete power plants, solar modules
and accessories.
Solaria
says this agreement demonstrates the commitment of the company
to the German market where the company is devoting considerable
resources. Solaria Energía y Medio Ambiente designs, manufactures,
supplies and installs photovoltaic and thermal solutions for the
utilization of solar power. Total Solaria sales in 2009 were 91.4
million euros and total EBITDA was 12.5 million euros.
