Munich,
Germany: M+W Group to Construct 14.5 MW PV System
The
global engineering and construction company, M+W Group has won
an order to plan and build a large photovoltaic park in central
Italy. The turnkey plant will have a maximum output of 14.5 MW
and isto be set up in the province of Macerone, Marche.
It
is anticipated to be connected to the national grid by the end
of 2010.
It
will have an annual output of around 18,900 MWhrs of electrical
energy.
Together
with the planning and construction. M+W Group scope of supply
alos includes support for official approvals. The property and
project rights have been secured by M+W Group for 20 years.
Around
72,500 multi-crystalline modules are being used that will be assembled
across a 50 hectare area.
